Dear Liza..thank you for your generous order :)

Its a 9"x9" rainbow cake with the weight of 4kg. Its quite heavy though. A 6 different layers of cakes layered with creram cheese in between and the overall of the outer layer of the cake. Chelsea logo made from fondant (its a handmade by the way...no cutter at all). Soccer balls are aldo made from fondant and the rest (No.1 pick, name's pick and birthday banner are non-edible...made from colored papers of course). Well Liza, I hope u enjoyed the cake with ur love ones :)

It's been a while that I haven't posted anything in this blog...meaning that there's of coz piles of pictures to be uploaded later on haha. Anyway, this is our new edition to the cake's family...the rainbow cake. Rainbow will remind us of "colorful". So, that's how it looks like inside. 6 tiers of different colors. Btw, focus on this post...this is an order from my colleague Haliza. A simple deco overall of the cakes. Yup and definitely our rainbow cake goes with cream cheese only...Not buttercream...as we prefer it that ways (it taste much better for us..i mean our palletes) :D
