A very soft texture of German cookies. Using potato flour that made it "fragile". Have a milky taste a bit...BUT believe me ... there's no MILK added.... :) I got this recipe from masam manis: MELT-IN-MOUTH GERMAN COOKIES by AZLITA AZIZ who kindly share it..Gonna try the chocolate version later on :P
