Sandwich Cookies with Raspberry Jam

Hello...good evening everybody!! Today will be another post for our new cookies which is the "sandwich cookies with raspberry jam". Typically its a 2 layer cookies attached together with raspberry jam in between and drizzle with chocolate on top of it. BUT beware for nut allergen as it contain almond as part of the main ingredients :)

Fruit n Nuts Cluster with White Chocolate

A combination of healthy ingredients for this cookies which contain fruit and several nuts (those with nut allergen are not recommend to consume his cookies eh :D )... are covered with white chocolate. Great for those who lovessss sweet tooth :))

Cornmeal Cranberry-Lemon Cookies

Hi again to all!!! New update for cookies lately aite... :D  Haha

Actually its been a while am thinking of doing some cookies with cornmeal & cranberries...so spending sometime looking for the recipe from the net n tadaa..I found this recipe...and yeah it turns out well...basically this is sort of ice box cookies as you have to chill it 1st before cutting it and bake it...Less sweet definitely..good for those who don't really like "sweet cookies".. but it has a brittle texture that represent the cornmeal.. :D 

Chocolate Peppermint Swirl

Hi again!! This time around I'm trying the new recipe from ----> http://chefindisguise.com/2011/12/13/chocolate-and-peppermint-swirl-cookies-with-basic-cookie-dough/ that I found from the net. Well, it's quite difficult to rolled it so that you may have a perfect swirl :) I just try my best...and it turns out as picture shown. So credit to Chef in Disguise for the nice recipe... :D

Vanilla German KISS

A very soft texture of German cookies. Using potato flour that made it "fragile". Have a milky taste a bit...BUT believe me ... there's no MILK added.... :)  I got this recipe from masam manis: MELT-IN-MOUTH GERMAN COOKIES by AZLITA AZIZ who kindly share it..Gonna try the chocolate version later on :P

Oaty-Chocolaty Cookies

Very rich in chocolate and oats flavor.
